Por\u00e9m ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 totalmente explorada e utilizada nas geoci\u00eancias aqui no Brasil, mesmo sendo, em muitos casos, de f\u00e1cil aplica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O conceito b\u00e1sico \u00e9, a partir de diversas fotos que se sobrep\u00f5em, obtidas de v\u00e1rios \u00e2ngulos e dist\u00e2ncias, inferir o formato tridimensional de um objeto. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" src=\"https:\/\/jsgeo.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-506\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O resultado \u00e9 um modelo tridimensional (<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000080;\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/G%C3%AAmeo_digital\" target=\"_blank\">g\u00eameo digital<\/a><\/strong><\/span>) que ser\u00e1 t\u00e3o detalhado e preciso quanto mais fotos houver. Caso estas fotos sejam georreferenciadas, este modelo 3D pode ter escala e estar orientado e localizado no espa\u00e7o (por exemplo na superf\u00edcie do planeta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os modelos 3D a seguir foram criados utilizando-se fotogrametria. <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Clique nos modelos 3D, aguarde alguns segundos para que o modelo seja carregado, e depois clique com o bot\u00e3o esquerdo do mouse e arraste pela tela para manipular o modelo. Ou, dependendo do tamanho do objeto (como por exemplo uma igreja antiga), como se a pessoa estivesse caminhando sobre o local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nas geoci\u00eancias e na geologia de engenharia as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrem em diversas escalas &#8211; amostras de m\u00e3o, afloramentos, fei\u00e7\u00f5es de relevo inteiras (como montanhas) \u2013 e disciplinas \u2013 geologia estrutural, geologia de engenharia, ensino, preserva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neste artigo vou mostrar somente um pouco do ensino, especificamente na geologia de engenharia, em trabalhos do pessoal da Aalto University, de Helsinque, na Finl\u00e2ndia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tive contato com o trabalho deles no congresso de 2019 da ISRM (International Society for Rock Mechanics), em Foz do Igua\u00e7u. Ou seja, n\u00e3o devemos pensar em novas tecnologias de aprendizado somente para educa\u00e7\u00e3o a dist\u00e2ncia ou de forma remota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estudantes de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o de geologia de forma geral n\u00e3o tem a oportunidade de entrar em um t\u00fanel em constru\u00e7\u00e3o para executar um mapeamento estrutural ou manipular uma amostra de um mineral raro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro exemplo: um afloramento importante do ponto de vista did\u00e1tico e cient\u00edfico, se n\u00e3o for parte de um parque ou \u00e1rea preservada, pode ser perdido, por escava\u00e7\u00f5es, obras ou mesmo intemperismo.
